SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
• Freight is built into the price of the items shipped to one destination within the contnental United States via our carrier
of choice. Customer requests to use (or not to use) certain carriers may result in the customer being
charged the diference between our choice and yours. Should the delivery address require any special
accommodatons including but not limited to; prior delivery notfcaton, delivery appointment, lif gate,
straight truck, residental & delivery area surcharge, redelivery, jobsite delivery, etc., these charges will be
billed to the customer.
• Special Order items will be shipped at customer expense.
• If your order arrived incomplete or damaged, this MUST be noted on the delivery receipt. If you are
not given adequate tme to count boxes or check for damages, sign the delivery receipt “PENDING
INSPECTION” and contact epc3supplies immediately with any issues.
Return & Exchange Policy
It is the policy of epc3supplies to accept returns and exchanges if the item(s) are received by epc3supplies in re-sellable conditon within 60 days of purchase, provided we have been contacted prior to return.
Once the item(s) are received and inspected by epc3supplies a credit invoice will be issued, if necessary.
Any requests for a return or exchange outside of 60 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
